The recipe is as follows:
2 cans of your favorite chili. Preferably the good stuff. None of the cheap crap from WalMart or some off brand. I’m talking designer Chili here! Trader Joes usually has something pretty good for a decent price.
1 brick of philadelphia cream cheese. I usually go with the reduced fat kind but whatever works. I’ve recently begun experimenting with flavored cream cheese and it is heavenly!
Salty and preferably authentic tortilla chips. I use a local brand back home with a name I can’t remember (doesn’t really help much but there it is all the same).
Mix it all up on the stove until the cream cheese has blended in and given your chili some of that delicious creamy coloring.
